“Seriously, me?!!!” was the only thing that came to my mind when I was invited to be the ambassador of the Tar College, A Cut Above charity campaign. Thank you for inviting me to be a part of the campaign...totally appreciate much!
I remember when I was a little girl I ask my mom one silly question...
"Mummy if one day I'm wealthy enough and have that extra money to donate to the needy can I donate to the breast cancer foundation...or Aids foundation?"
"Obviously you can darling, that's very kind of you to think that way. We must always help the needy, because they are the people needing the most help"
This is the time for me to spread the word and help those people whose in need. I believe many people do it out of guilt and many do it for the good karma. They think "If I do something good, it will come back to me and good will happen to me. Try to give others a little but not with any expectation for a return! Try to give with empathy! You may not get anything back, but you will gain much satisfaction.
Many people only focus on self interest. Everyone must have the desire to help and work for others. Such desire have to be build up.
Well the A Cut Above Charity event is to help raise sense of awareness and responsibility in all of you and to influence the minds of many to what is important and what may have been taken lightly about for a better future. This event is a charity haircut that aims to help raise awareness and funds for the less fortunate.

A Cut Above Charity is as interesting as it sounds. With support from A Cut Above Academy whereby the academy will be providing the event with 50 enthusiastic academicians to give you a haircut. You read it right, a haircut.
This event enables you to attend, get a fantastic haircut of your choice or perhaps a trendy one recommended by the academicians, tour around the exhibition area to gain knowledge about the charity home and A Cut Above, play a human-size monopoly (called MONOpportunity) and other activities, win some fantastic prizes, and go back with some AWESOME prizes, and most importantly, a brand new haircut for the year end!
With ONLY RM10, you will be able to get a haircut from Malaysia’s renowned hair salon, A Cut Above’s academy founded by Ms Winnie Loo. Of course, you will need to purchase a haircut coupon of RM10 in order to get your haircut by such an awesome hair salon. =)
All proceedings will be channeled to HOSPIS Malaysia.

BALD MING? I think you look good babe.
I'm totally for helping those who are in need. This life is given to us as a gift. And with all the resources that we have, we should help those who sometimes were even stripped off their daily needs. It's a choice. It's always a choice. Be a light!
Good one Ming!
