Eating Right


True beauty comes from within. It is not the way you dress, or do neither your make-up, nor your sense of style, but it is the person within you that looks radiant and beautiful. Good looks have a lot more to do with food than is commonly realized. Eating the right foods is more important for a glowing complexion than any expensive face cream. A diet that includes fruits, vegetables and whole grains will keep your skin smooth and supple.


Today's breakfast: Strawberries, apples, grapes, plain yogurt & maple syrup fruits salad. so yummy! The perfect little breakfast if I do say so mahself.



The type of fruit you use depends entirely on your personal taste. All you need to do is wash and cut them into bite-sized pieces.



1 cup low fat plain yogurt



Combine the fruits you prepared.



Add 2-3 teaspoons of maple syrup



Salad is ready to serve~ Enjoy! XO
