Sorry for the late post again...I got caught up with some work. But now I shall blog about my 3rd day of Chinese New Year. Well I'm glad that I visited some of my friends this year. Usually every 2nd or 3rd day of Chinese New Year my whole bunch of friends will come visit me. This year I actually made an effort to hang out with my friends on Chinese New Year.
What I Wore:
What I Wore:
Before going out with my friends...granny invited the lion dance again. This time we have 3 "Bu Lang Sai" at home. I guess the evil spirits would not dare to approach my house at all lol.
Anyhoo Leslie is my driver during the 3rd day of Chinese New Year...just look at the way he dress up -_____-|||. I remember everyone was teasing him that day. Don't you think he look like a robber? Wearing black on Chinese New Year is definitely a BIG NO! NO! Black is not allowed due to its association with death, however, wearing red is encouraged as the color is associated with warding off bad spirits.
Well our friend Leslie is not crazy after all. We found out that his aunt just passed away in the morning. I felt really sorry for him.
having a great time catching up with old friends
What's great about visiting friends? Collecting ang pow la =)~
